Everything is fine about this hip new hotel, would definitely recommend. The atmosphere is special and the room is clean. The location is good and the food is excellent. There's Pizza Hut serving quick orders minutes from the property. 18 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the middle of jackson. All in all they offer personalized service.

The food at Binori A Boutique was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend taking the half board or full board option. The restaurant manager, Mugesh, and steward, Prince, provided excellent support and served delicious food. I had a fantastic culinary experience.

Despite some minor issues, such as slow check-in and service not meeting western standards, the hotel itself was very clean, tidy, and new. The rooms were brand new with no major complaints.

Had a fabulous Christmas experience at this hotel with loved ones. Rooms were spacious and well-decorated. The lobby and lifts were kept clean and tidy. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions in the city. Wonderful food at the hotel restaurant with amazing half board option.

The hotel staff could use some training in customer service and promptness, as their service wasn’t up to par. Check-in took a while, and room service was very slow.
